EZ SMILE needed a way to break into and disrupt the exclusive and highly-protected cosmetic dental market. Their main competitor is a $1.5bn annual turnover company. They needed a highly-efficient way to be able tobring their low-cost, high-tech product direct to customers and avoid high processing and support overheads while being able to compete with their giant rival.

We then architected, coded, and project managed a completely bespoke system using a best-practice PHP framework. We managed the communications and integrations with their overseas manufacturing and local warehousingsuppliers.

The application handles the ecommerce ordering and payment plans for their products, the management of the at-home teeth impressions, the treatment plan staggered product dispatch, and customer progress. To allow for cost-effective, seamless continuous development of their application, we continue to provide a dedicated developer service.
