The car rental industry is often defined by the cheapest offer. As a challenger to the market Orana was keen to redefine value and exit the proverbial race to the bottom.
Over several years, TBST developed several websites for Orana as they grew – starting with a fleet of 30 cars, Orana grew to over 300 cars and trucks in 2 locations operating at 80% utilisation.
At each stage of growth, TBST worked directly with business owner and founder Suraj Shah consulting and producing an online presence that supported his growth.
The final iteration of the Orana website is a deep integration with third party system Rental Car Manager(RCM) allowing visitor booking requests to feed directly into Orana’s ERP.
