## What happens after you get in touch

We read every message ourselves, and a senior member of the team replies within one business day.

The first step is a conversation: a call, a video meeting, or a coffee at our Gordon office, whichever suits you. We ask what the business is trying to achieve, what the website or system does for it today, and where it gets in the way. That first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

If we can help, we send a short written summary of what we heard and a recommended next step, with the hours and the price stated plainly. If someone else would suit you better, we say so.
