Tell me I'm wrong but — most content pipelines treat creativity as the input and then squeeze all the life out of it during execution.

Idea goes in messy and interesting. Article comes out flat. Tool comes out functional but forgettable.

Creativity is not just for having ideas. It is for implementing them. The person writing a blog post with creative attention is doing fundamentally different work from the person transcribing an idea into paragraphs.
