Every small business runs on what someone 'just knows'. We're trying to replace that with infrastructure.

Is it just me or does every small business run on the memory of one person who "just knows how things work"?

We're trying to replace that with actual infrastructure. Pipelines. Defined inputs and outputs. Systems that work when that person is on leave.

Not sure if we're building something useful or just over-engineering our own processes. Ask me again in six months.
